We recommend that all clients book Initial assessments these entail a 90min session and report after the session. These can be found in the 1-2-1 section on this pages. Once you have had an initial assessment you are able to join Adam's classes.

Adam's classes are based on a Sunday in Tatenhill, Nr. Burton on Trent. 1-2-1's can be booked during the day on Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays.
