We recommend that all clients book Initial assessments these entail a 90min session and report after the session. These can be found in the 1-2-1 section on this pages. Once you have had an initial assessment you are able to join Emma's classes.

Emma's classes are based on a Sunday in Brough, Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria and on a Friday just outside of Kendal, Cumbria. 1-2-1's can be booked in the evenings and Friday - Sunday.

We offer also offer events and workshops which can be based all over the country.
